Nature of work:
- Assistance to company drivers in ensuring high quality standards at loading and unloading points;
- Consulting drivers on cargo securing, loading and car transportation issues;
- Training and induction of new drivers;
- Consulting drivers on work and rest regime, use of tachographs and other work-related issues;
- Instructing drivers on proper filling of CMR documents, car inspection reports and photographing;
- Organization of damage prevention activities, incident analysis and implementation of preventive measures;
- Conducting economic driving and good practice training;
- Representing the company in test loadings organized by car manufacturers;
- Cooperation with the transport planning team in determining loading schemes and quantities of transported cars;
- Conducting audits of loading, unloading and car inspection processes and assessing the quality of drivers' work;
- Providing feedback to the technical department regarding observed technical deficiencies or failures of tractors and semi-trailers.
We hope you:
- You have at least 2 years of practical experience working with car carriers and car transportation processes, which is necessary for this position;
- You are well versed in the processes of loading, securing and transporting cars;
- You are well versed in the requirements for the work and rest regime of drivers and the use of tachographs;
- You are able to convey knowledge, train and consult drivers;
- You are responsible, communicative and quality-oriented;
- You are able to independently plan and organize your work;
- You have good computer skills;
- You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
