Constant communication with employed long-distance drivers.
Preparing drivers for departure to work and providing all necessary information.
Prompt assistance to drivers during business trips and finding solutions in various situations.
Monitoring the drivers' workflow and ensuring smooth cooperation.
Cooperation with selection, personnel and other departments of the company.
Entering information into internal systems.
Coordination of documents related to the drivers' work.
Building professional and long-term relationships with drivers and maintaining their motivation.

Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in the field of transport, logistics or driver coordination.
Experience working with long-distance drivers
Good knowledge of English and Russian.
Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and make decisions quickly.
Responsibility, organization and ability to plan your work.
Good computer skills.
