You will be responsible for:
- Organize introductory training for new drivers;
- Organize periodic training for existing drivers;
- Perform driving skills testing for new drivers;
- Monitor the adaptation of new drivers and provide suggestions for adjustments;
- Train and evaluate drivers according to the principles of economical driving;
- Manage training documents and reports;
- Train drivers in practical skills related to daily activities;
- Solve problems in the drivers' work process and consult on work issues.
We hope you:
- Work experience in the field of transport (advantage);
- Driver's license category CE (required);
- Russian and English language skills (B1 level and above);
- IT skills: Excel, Google Forms, PowerPoint, Moodle (advantage).
