Driver training specialist

We are one of the largest international transport companies in Lithuania, operating a modern fleet of trucks and constantly investing in people's competencies. We are looking for a professional driver instructor who would help new and existing drivers work safely, economically and according to the highest company standards.

You will train newly hired CE category drivers.
You will conduct practical training and driving.
You will assess the practical skills of drivers.
You will teach the principles of economical and safe driving.
You will advise drivers on work organization, tachographs, legal acts and company procedures.
You will analyze traffic accidents, violations and provide recommendations for their prevention.
You will evaluate the indicators of the driver's trip report.
You will participate in the development of training programs and instructional materials.
You will cooperate with transport managers and other departments of the company.

You have a CE category driving license.
You have at least 5 years of experience in international transport.
You are well-versed in EU driving and working time requirements.
You are able to clearly convey information and train others.
You are demanding, responsible and result-oriented.
You know how to work with a computer.
You speak English, Russian
