- You will conduct training according to the professional driver training programs.
- You will conduct training according to the internal theoretical and practical driver training programs approved by the training center.
- You will test newly hired drivers and already working employees.
- You will provide suggestions for improving the theoretical and practical skills of drivers and contribute to the updating of methodological programs.
- You will consult drivers on economical driving, work and rest regime, filling out documentation and other issues relevant to them.
What do we expect from you?
- Higher or higher education.
- Valid driver's license category C+E.
- At least 3 years of experience driving C+E category vehicles on international routes or at least 3 years of work experience related to road transport or driver training.
- Representation, audience management skills.
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian, English and Russian.
- Pedagogical education or pedagogical-psychological knowledge courses, a valid driver's teacher/instructor certificate, a code 95 certificate, a valid driver's card for a digital tachograph, as well as knowledge of international freight transport legislation, work-rest regime, economical driving and vehicle structure would be considered advantages.
