Driver Search and Selection Specialist

Our drivers travel all over Europe. And you will help us find those who will get behind the wheel.

We are looking for someone who does not wait for a candidate to send a CV, but finds him/her himself: on social networks, in foreign markets, through partners, and sometimes even in another country, meeting in person. If this is about you, join our HR team: you will have a real impact on how many and what kind of drivers we will have.

You will actively search for drivers in Lithuania and abroad, you will not wait for them to respond to the advertisement yourself
You will develop and manage cooperation with third-party recruitment agencies
You will travel to other countries for selections and meet with candidates
Together with a marketing specialist, you will develop driver search campaigns on social networks
You will talk to candidates, assess their experience and motivation, select those who will really fit the team
You will work together with selection and recruitment managers to ensure that the candidate travels smoothly from the first interview to the first trip

You know how to talk to people and quickly build trust
You are proactive: it is better to suggest things yourself than to wait for instructions
You speak Lithuanian, English and Russian well
You have experience in personnel selection, sales or other work with people (a big plus if you have already worked with drivers or the transport sector)
