We are looking for an proactive, communicative and creative HR Manager who will take care of the search, attraction and selection of international long-haul drivers. What will you do after joining us?
- You will search for people and build relationships. You will actively search for international long-distance drivers in Lithuania and abroad, including candidates from third countries, and find ways to interest them in job opportunities;
- You will manage the entire selection process. From the first contact, interview and suitability assessment to the successful employment of the candidate;
- You will develop and implement your own ideas. You will prepare job advertisements, look for new channels to attract candidates, test different communication tools and suggest ways to reach more potential employees;
- You will communicate, convince and interest. You will stay in touch with candidates by phone, e-mail and on social networks, answer their questions and help them decide on a new career opportunity;
- You will contribute to our employer image. You will participate in creating content on social networks and find ways to tell about us in a way that makes them want to join the team;
- You will ensure a smooth recruitment process. You will oversee selection and recruitment related documents, collaborate with colleagues and help ensure a smooth candidate journey to the first day of work;
- Look for what can be done better. Analyze selection results, provide insights and suggestions to help attract employees more effectively.
What do we expect from you?
- You have experience in personnel selection, employee search or attraction. Experience in selecting long-distance drivers would be a great advantage;
- You are able to establish contact, listen, engage and maintain professional relationships with different people;
- You are proactive, independent and are not afraid to look for new solutions instead of always choosing the usual path;
- You speak English and Russian, as you communicate with candidates from different countries every day;
- You understand the processes of employing third-country nationals in Lithuania or are ready to deepen your knowledge in this area;
- You are fluent in basic IT tools and are able to organize your work;
- You are result-oriented, but you understand that successful selection begins with high-quality communication and trust.

The remuneration is results-oriented. We apply a success fee for successfully implemented employee selections and achieved agreed results.
