JOINING THE TEAM:
- You will work with international groups of long-haul drivers who have arrived;
- You will check the qualifications and professional training of drivers;
- Using modern training tools and technologies, you will improve and increase the practical training of drivers;
- You will instruct drivers on practical driving issues to ensure compliance with the requirements for freight vehicles on European roads;
- You will consult drivers on economic driving issues.
WE HOPE YOU:
- You have at least 3 years of work experience related to road transport or driver training;
- You communicate easily in Russian and English;
- You have a driving license for C, CE categories of vehicles;
- You feel good working in a dynamic environment and manage stressful situations well;
- You have excellent communication skills, you are positive, active, energetic and easy to communicate with;
- You understand that we can create value at work only through mutual trust, respect and the ability to take responsibility.
