🚛 Thermotrans is a growing international transportation and forwarding company. We are expanding our team and are looking for someone who can help create clear strategies for attracting and searching for new drivers, coordinate their recruitment, documentation, and smooth onboarding.
This is a position for someone who understands that drivers are one of the most important parts of a transport company. This position will require not only document administration, but also active search, communication, and candidate engagement, maintaining contact with existing drivers, and ensuring an orderly rotation process.

What will you do for our team?
📌 Develop and implement a strategy for attracting new drivers
📌 Search for and attract new CE category drivers
📌 Communicate with candidates, present working conditions and answer their questions
📌 Coordinate the driver selection and employment process
📌 Administer driver documents and necessary information
📌 Ensure that driver documents are valid and in order
📌 Coordinate driver departures, returns and changes on trips
📌 Plan driver work cycles and trip rotations
📌 Track driver rest periods and return to trip dates
📌 Maintain constant communication with drivers and the internal team
📌 Help resolve daily situations related to driver work
📌 Contribute to the creation of a clear driver administration procedure
📌 Search for and attract new CE category drivers
📌 Communicate with candidates, present working conditions and answer their questions

What do we expect from you?
✅ Experience in personnel, transport, logistics or driver coordination
✅ Ability to actively search for candidates and maintain contact with drivers
✅ Clear, calm and human communication
✅ Organizational skills and a responsible approach to documents
✅ Ability to react quickly and solve practical situations
✅ Diligence, independence and attention to detail
✅ Good computer literacy
✅ Russian language skills for communicating with drivers
✅ Basic English for working with an international environment
