Job description:
In this role, you will become an important part of our company - you will be an ambassador for the company and work with one of our clients. We are looking for someone who is not only able to maintain smooth cooperation, but also motivates the team of drivers to achieve the highest results.
Your responsibilities:
- You will represent the company and maintain strong, professional relationships with the main client;
- You will lead a team of drivers - plan their work, solve problems, ensure the quality of service;
- You will monitor the condition of vehicles, cooperate with the transport department;
What do we expect from you:
- Have at least 1 year of management or similar work experience;
- Are ambitious, goal-oriented and constantly looking for more effective solutions;
- Respond quickly to changes, know how to make independent decisions and motivate a team;
- Are characterized by analytical thinking, responsibility, initiative and excellent communication skills.
