Drawing up and controlling drivers' work schedules;
Planning of change routes and analyzing their effectiveness;
Managing the flow of departing and returning drivers;
Preparing documents related to drivers' business trips;
Issuing fuel cards and road devices for drivers' tenure in Europe;
Issuing the necessary inventory for the trip;
Document administration after the tenure (trip report, CMR, documents confirming trip expenses, etc.)
Communicating with drivers and other departments and resolving any problems that arise.

Employee requirements
Similar or related work experience in the field of logistics is required;
Good knowledge of Russian and English is required (for communication with drivers);
Planning, work organization, communication and computer literacy skills;
