About us:
We are WP Solutions, a rapidly growing company established in 2023, working on the employment of foreign citizens and processing all necessary documents. We are currently recruiting a DRIVER MANAGEMENT MANAGER to join our team.
Nature of work:
- Leading a group of international drivers, coordinating their work and assisting in everyday situations;
- Maintaining effective communication and promptly resolving emerging problems;
- Monitoring drivers' performance and competency indicators, planning and implementing their education and training;
- Conducting practical and theoretical training (eco-driving, safe traffic, work principles) and continuous driver education and consulting;
- Applying innovative training methods and implementing preventive solutions in the field of traffic safety;
- Analyzing qualitative results, providing process improvement initiatives to management;
- Cooperation with other company departments and coordinating projects.
Requirements:
- Experience in driver training, transport or traffic safety;
- Innovative approach to driver education and organization of training;
- Experience in conducting training or seminars;
- Knowledge of Russian is required, English is an advantage;
- Leadership qualities;
- Orientation to results and company goals;
- Ability to adapt to changes, initiate them.
