What are you going to do?
- Plan the work schedules of long-distance drivers (more than 350 trucks).
- Coordinate minibus routes to and from Lithuania, ensuring smooth driver changes and movement.
- Oversee the driver change process and promptly resolve daily situations.
- Perform organizational and administrative tasks according to the instructions of the direct manager.

- You are proactive, organized, responsible and able to work in a dynamic environment.
- You know how to plan time, prioritize tasks and make decisions quickly.
- You have good communication and negotiation skills.
- You speak Russian and English.
- Experience in the field of transport or logistics is a great advantage.
