What will you do As a Pharmacy Manager ?
We expect you to:
Workplace: a pharmacy with a low customer flow at Zigmantiškės g. 2, Vilnius.
The salary range for this position is from 3,100-3,300 EUR gross per month.

What will you do As a Pharmacy Manager ?
- You will ensure the implementation of pharmacy activities in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania, Good Pharmacy Practice (GMP) and other legal acts regulating pharmaceutical activities.
- You will organize and ensure high quality customer service.
- You will provide pharmaceutical services: consult patients on the rational use of medicinal products, health promotion and disease prevention.
- You will sell (dispense) prescription and non-prescription medicinal products and pharmaceutical products in accordance with applicable legal acts.
- You will ensure proper receipt, storage, inventory control and order planning of medicinal products and pharmaceutical products.
- I will control the expiration dates, storage conditions and quality of goods.
- You will ensure compliance with legal acts, good pharmacy practice and internal procedures in the pharmacy.
- You will ensure order in the pharmacy sales hall and in the medicine storage facilities.
- You will collaborate with healthcare professionals and contribute to quality pharmaceutical care for patients.
We expect you to:
- Have a valid pharmacist's license.
- Have a higher university degree in pharmacy.
- Have experience working in a pharmacy; management experience would be an advantage.
- Have leadership, responsibility, independence and the ability to make decisions.
- You are patient-oriented and provide high quality customer service.
- Have good computer skills and quickly learn new systems.
