You will be responsible for:
- Organization and coordination of the activities of Klaipėda and Kretinga medical centers, ensuring smooth processes and high quality of services;
- Planning, training, motivating and solving daily operational issues of the medical center staff team (doctors, nurses, receptionists and administration staff);
- Managing the income, costs and profitability of medical centers and implementing operational goals;
- Monitoring performance indicators, analyzing results and initiating solutions to improve operational efficiency;
- Providing proposals for service development, pricing and operational expansion opportunities;
- Implementing initiatives to increase sales growth and patient flow in the region;
- Ensuring high quality of patient service and improving patient satisfaction indicators;
- Planning personnel needs, participating in employee selection and forming and maintaining a strong, motivated and results-oriented team;
- Ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene, patient safety and medical activity requirements;
- Effective cooperation with other departments of the organization to achieve common organizational goals.
We hope you:
- You have a higher education in management, healthcare administration, medicine or a related field;
- You have accumulated at least 3 years of managerial experience (experience in the healthcare or service sector would be considered an advantage);
- You have experience in managing teams, budgets and performance results;
- You are able to analyze performance and financial indicators, make data-based decisions and initiate changes to improve performance;
- You have strong leadership, organizational and communication skills;
- You are able to motivate, mobilize and develop a team of specialists from various fields;
- You are focused on results, quality and patient experience;
- You have a category B driver's license.
