In this job you:
- assist the members of the Board and smoothly coordinate their work;
- plan meetings and sessions, prepare agendas and materials, take minutes, monitor the implementation of decisions;
- prepare periodic and ad hoc reports: collect, process and analyze the necessary information;
- manage the Board's documents and correspondence, ensure orderly clerical work, prepare presentation materials;
- participate in company projects: coordinate plans and monitor project status;
- organize business trips and trips (tickets, hotel booking, logistics);
- communicate with internal and external stakeholders, manage sensitive information.
We expect that you:
- have a higher education;
- have excellent oral and written knowledge of Lithuanian and English; knowledge of German is an advantage;
- have strong Microsoft 365 skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint);
- have excellent clerical and document management skills, are attentive to details;
- experience in an executive/board assistant or similar position is an advantage;
- you are familiar with board processes, able to communicate diplomatically with top-level managers;
- you are reliable and responsible;
- have a driver's license.
