Tasks and responsibilities
After a thorough introduction to the company's processes and responsibilities, in this job you will contribute to effective business management: you will prepare documents, analyze the information received, prepare summaries, minutes of board meetings. You will organize proper communication by transmitting the manager's instructions to the team, you will contribute to the rational distribution of the manager's working time. You will also transfer customer orders to the service department and contribute to the coordination of their activities (we will train them). We also have several other interesting technical tasks, which will be discussed in detail during the meeting.
Expectations for your competence
We hope that you have a higher/higher education (engineering, mechanics - an advantage) and successful experience in similar work, you are excellent at working with a computer, you can communicate in foreign languages both verbally and in writing (English, Russian); you have a valid driver's license.
