Nature of work (full-time position 0.5)
- Organize the work of the Board, Supervisory Board and General Members' Meetings, in accordance with legal acts and the company's internal procedures.
- Prepare meeting materials, check the suitability of documents in accordance with the procedure established by internal procedures, participate in meetings and record them.
- Monitor and control the implementation of decisions made.
- Check and approve accounts, acceptance and transfer acts and other documents within the scope of competence.
- Execute the Board's assignments and represent it at external meetings and events.
We hope you
- Higher university education.
- At least 1 year of experience working with the board or other collegial management bodies.
- Knowledge of legal acts regulating business administration, document management and clerical work.
- Ability to prepare and evaluate documents, take minutes of meetings and manage confidential information.
- Good organizational, communication, responsibility and attentiveness skills.
- Very good computer skills.
- English at least B1 level; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
- Category B driver's license.
