Nature of work:
- Organize and coordinate the activities of the Management and Investment Department.
- Formulate and implement university infrastructure management solutions.
- Analyze the needs of investment projects and coordinate their implementation.
- Supervise the university's infrastructure, buildings, engineering networks and property management processes.
- Coordinate infrastructure development, renovation and modernization projects.
- Ensure effective use of the university's material resources.
- Control the strategic planning of the development and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
- Lead the department team: plan activities, allocate tasks, evaluate results and take care of the professional development of employees.
- Participate in the activities of university working groups and commissions.
We hope you:
- You have a higher university education.
- You have at least 2 years of managerial work experience.
- You have excellent command of Lithuanian and English at least B2 level.
- You are familiar with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania regulating labor relations, public administration, asset management and personal data protection.
- You are able to strategically plan, analyze information and make decisions.
- You have good organizational, leadership and team management skills.
- Computer literacy, ability to analyze data and make decisions
- You are responsible, proactive and result-oriented.
