Our team is looking for a responsible, organized and proactive Canteen Manager who would not only ensure smooth daily operations, but also create a cozy, high-quality dining environment for employees and customers.
Organize and control the smooth work of the kitchen team;
Ensure compliance with good hygiene requirements in the production process;
Ordering raw materials, controlling balances and costs, filling out journals, etc. documents;
Cooperation with suppliers and administration;
Improving production processes and ensuring customer satisfaction;
Creating work schedules and timesheets.
Place of work - Klaipėda.

Successful managerial experience in the catering industry (production manager/restaurant manager or other positions);
