- Leading teams of cleaning specialists and managers: planning, organizing, supervising and controlling work;
- Forming, developing, motivating a team of subordinate employees and ensuring smooth communication;
- Ensuring the quality of work performed and the efficiency of operations;
- Cooperating with other departments of the organization to ensure a positive customer experience;
- Searching, selecting and supervising cleaning contractors and partners.
- Organizing the provision of cleaning and territory maintenance services for common areas of apartment buildings.
Requirements:
- Work experience in the field of cleaning services is a must;
- Ability to lead a team: team building, employee development and work organization skills (an advantage);
- Ability to constructively solve complex situations, result-oriented;
- Internal motivation to ensure high quality of work and customer satisfaction;
- Result-oriented and continuous improvement skills;
- Category B driver's license;
- Responsibility, independence, excellent organizational skills, initiative.
