Nature of work
- Organization and coordination of special cleaning works (window and glass partition cleaning, carpet, upholstered furniture cleaning, grass cutting, etc.) in assigned facilities;
- Selection, induction, training and organization of daily work of subordinate employees;
- Planning of works and their distribution, accounting of working hours and ensuring work discipline;
- Quality control of the special cleaning works provided and prompt resolution of problems;
- Constant communication with clients, analysis of their needs and submission of proposals;
- Control of the execution of contractual and commissioned special cleaning works and preparation of reports;
- Administration of invoices and submission of documents to the company's administration;
- Coordination of the activities of subcontractors;
- Ensuring rational use of working time, materials and other resources.
- The work is not office-based, but more traveling around the facilities and coordination of employees as needed.
Employee requirements
- At least higher education;
- Experience in organizing work, coordinating a team or managing projects (an advantage is in the field of services or cleaning);
- Knowledge of the basics of labor law and principles of work organization;
- Excellent communication and conflict management skills;
- Ability to independently plan work, make decisions and respond quickly to situations;
- Responsibility, organization, diplomacy and result orientation;
- Ability to work with clients and represent the company;
- Good computer skills (MS Office or other);
- Driver's license (category B).
