Cleaning Services Instructor

We invite you to join the Švaras brolių premises cleaning department team. 🚀

We are looking for a responsible, organized and proactive team member who would ensure the smooth organization of cleaning services and maintain assigned facilities.

Supervision of assigned facilities and ensuring the quality of services;
Selection and introduction of cleaning personnel;
Organization, coordination and consultation of employees' work;
Drawing up work schedules and monitoring their implementation;
Prompt resolution of problems at facilities.

You have experience in organizing work and coordinating a team;
You are able to independently plan your time and make decisions;
You are communicative, responsible and result-oriented;
You have a category B driver's license:
English and Russian language skills (at least B2 level).
