Your responsibility:
- Quality control of cleaning services at facilities;
- Performing internal quality inspections and preparing reports;
- Analyzing customer complaints and initiating solutions;
- Collaborating with the cleaning team, organizing training for employees;
- Planning preventive actions for recurring non-conformities.
Expectations for the candidate:
- Experience in quality assurance or supervision (advantage – in the cleaning sector);
- Ability to organize work and make decisions independently;
- Responsibility, diligence and ability to communicate with different people;
- Driver's license (category B) – an advantage if the work involves visiting facilities;
- Computer literacy (MS Office);
- Knowledge of the Russian language.
