We are looking for a Cleaning Services Quality Manager who will be responsible for organizing the work of the cleaning team, ensuring the quality of services and maintaining relations with customers. Tasks that await you
- Organize and supervise cleaning and grounds maintenance work in Kaunas and its surroundings (16 objects);
- Ensure the quality of services provided in accordance with company standards;
- Manage cleaning staff: conduct selections, train, plan and distribute work, ensure replacement;
- Provide employees with the necessary work tools, coordinate their orders;
- Communicate with customers (written and verbally), resolve emerging situations and achieve the highest level of service.
We expect from you
- Leadership experience in the field of cleaning services (mandatory);
- Responsible attitude to work and ability to solve problems independently;
- Excellent communication and conflict management skills;
- Good organizational skills, independence and flexibility;
- Category B driver's license;
- Computer literacy;
- Activity, energy and desire to work not sitting at a desk, but on the move!
