We are looking for a Cleaning Services Quality Manager who will be responsible for organizing the work of the cleaning team, ensuring the quality of services and maintaining relations with customers. If you value dynamic work, love to communicate and are able to lead a team - we are waiting for you!
Nature of work
- Organize and supervise cleaning and grounds maintenance;
- Ensure the quality of services provided in accordance with company standards;
- Manage cleaning staff: conduct selections, train, plan and distribute work, ensure replacement;
- Provide employees with the necessary work tools, coordinate their orders;
- Communicate with customers (written and verbally), resolve emerging situations and achieve the highest level of service.

- Excellent communication and conflict management skills;
- Good organizational skills, independence and flexibility;
- Category B driver's license;
- Computer literacy;
