Nature of work

  • Organization and control of cleaning/organization of internal premises;
  • Search for employees, their training, instruction, organization and control of work;
  • Preparation of work schedules, cleaning programs, personnel, primary accounting and other local documents;
  • Constant communication with customers on service provision issues;
  • Communication with company suppliers, on issues of purchasing tools and equipment repair;
  • Work according to a sliding work schedule, 3 - working days, 3 - rest. Shift work is a matter of agreement.

Employee requirements

  • At least higher education;
  • Good communication and time management skills;
  • Ability to solve problems independently and promptly;
  • Good computer skills (MS Office package: MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel);
  • Driver's license (category B, mechanical g. d.);
  • Resistance to stressful, conflict situations;
  • Responsibility, initiative, independence, attentiveness;
  • Similar work experience in the field of cleaning and knowledge of foreign languages - advantages.
