Nature of work
The Clean Solutions Quality Assurance team is currently looking to add. After joining this team, you will be entrusted to coordinate a team of managers, cleaners, and area supervisors, to ensure timely and high-quality cleaning of objects. You will visit the objects under your supervision every day, meet with the employees of your team, and make sure that there is no shortage of work tools. We hope that by joining a qualified team, you will not only grow together, but also create added value for the organization and our customers.
- Maintenance of assigned objects, quality control of performed cleaning services;
- Work with the cleaning staff team - selection, training, work control;
- Communication with the client on all cleaning and service quality issues;
- Ordering cleaning products.
Employee requirements
- Higher or higher education;
- Category B driver's license and driving experience; (manual gearbox)
- Experience in similar work in the field of cleaning services is a great advantage;
- Team management skills and experience;
- Communicative skills, quick reaction and orientation in stressful situations;
- Ability to make quick decisions and take responsibility.
