We are currently looking for a cleaning service coordinator - instructor to become part of our team.

Nature of work:
- Perform cleaning quality checks at company facilities.
- Identify discrepancies and ensure their elimination.
- Train employees in correct cleaning technologies and work methods.
- Control recurring errors and help employees work better.
- Keep records of actual hours worked.
- Cooperate with the department manager, personnel department and employees working at facilities.
- Participate in the process of introducing new employees to work.
- Communicating with customers, resolving situations, coordinating decisions;

- you confidently use a smartphone and computer and are prepared to work with a simple CRM system.
Mandatory requirements
- good driving skills (category B);
- proficiency in Lithuanian, Russian and English at the level of everyday communication;
- responsibility, independence and organization.
