We are looking for a responsible, organized and constructively thinking person to join our team and help ensure the smooth organization of cleaning services in Vilnius.
This position is perfect for a person who knows how to communicate with different people, is able to solve everyday situations and wants to work in a dynamic, meaningful and challenging job.
Experience in the field of cleaning is not necessary. The most important thing is the ability to organize, delegate work and ensure that subordinates complete it on time and with high quality.

Nature of work:
- Organization and coordination of cleaning work in different facilities (commercial facilities, educational institutions, residential apartment buildings, territory maintenance);
- Supervision of work progress and quality of cleaning services;
- Introduction of cleaning workers to work, training, provision with necessary tools;
- Formation of employee teams and daily coordination;
- Filling out timesheets;
- Communication with customers, resolving situations, coordinating decisions;
- Monitoring performance results and making suggestions for process improvement
Employee requirements:
- Experience in organizing work or coordinating people (not necessarily in the cleaning field);
- Ability to communicate constructively and solve problems;
- Good time management and ability to work on several tasks at once;
- Responsibility, independence and consistency;
- Basic computer skills;
- Knowledge of Russian, English (at least at a conversational level - an advantage);
- Category B driver's license (company car provided).
