Cleaning services facility manager

Organize and coordinate the provision of cleaning services in assigned facilities, ensuring high quality of services;
Manage facility employees: plan work, create schedules, control working hours and discipline;
Ensure the provision of employees with work tools, materials and work clothes;
Perform work quality control, analyze results and optimize operating costs;
Maintain constant contact with clients, promptly resolve emerging problems;
Organize employee selection, training and professional development;
Ensure compliance with employee safety, health, hygiene and fire safety requirements;
Perform working time accounting and personnel administration (work with the "Vikarina" and "Vecticum" systems), prepare reports and other operational documentation;
Regularly visit supervised facilities and ensure the quality of services provided there.

Higher or higher education;
Experience in management, team coordination or work organization (an advantage - in the field of services, cleaning or maintenance);
Ability to plan work, make decisions and solve problems promptly;
Excellent communication, cooperation and conflict management skills;
Responsibility, organization, independence and result orientation;
Ability to work with clients and professionally represent the company;
Knowledge of labor law and work organization principles;
Knowledge of the basics of occupational safety and health;
Good computer skills (MS Office or other systems);
Experience working with time accounting or personnel management systems (e.g., "Vikarina", "Vecticum") - an advantage;
Driver's license (category B).
