Cleaning Services Organization Manager in Jonava and Kėdainiai branches

We are looking for someone who would like to join our team and at the same time ensure high quality cleaning services in the Jonava and Kėdainiai departments. If you care not only about the result, but also about people - this position may be just for you.

What will you do in this position? Your everyday life will be dynamic and meaningful - you will make sure that our clients receive quality services, and the team feels confident and motivated, therefore:

• You will take care of the organization and quality of cleaning work in various facilities;
• You will select and train cleaning personnel, help them integrate into the work;
• You will maintain close contact with clients and ensure smooth cooperation;
• You will plan employee work schedules, cooperate with the accounting team, administer the salaries of assigned employees;
• You will monitor and improve the quality of services provided;
• You will manage the necessary documentation and submit reports.

The most important thing for us is your attitude, responsibility and ability to work with people, so we expect that:

• You have a university or higher education;
• You can support the team not only by distributing tasks, but also by inspiring the best results with your own example;
• You are a practical person who is not afraid to get involved and solve everyday situations on the spot;
• You are able to work with a computer and manage the necessary information and documentation;
• You feel good in a dynamic environment and are able to remain calm even in more complex situations;
• You are responsible, communicative and organized;
• You have a driver's license.

Experience in a similar field is a great advantage, but if you do not have it, we will be happy to train you.
