As our business grows, we are looking for a Cleaning Services Project Manager who will ensure smooth service provision at client facilities, coordinate the activities of assigned employees and ensure high quality customer service.

Your responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise the provision of cleaning services at assigned client facilities, in accordance with agreed conditions and service quality requirements;
- Organize and control the work of cleaning staff, ensuring the implementation of the agreed scope and quality of services and compliance with work schedules;
- Regularly visit facilities, check the quality of work and promptly respond to problems and unforeseen situations;
- Maintain constructive relations with clients and take care of long-term cooperation and expansion of the scope of services;
- Organize the selection of new employees and smooth introduction to work;
- Control the use of cleaning products, inventory and work tools at facilities.
We hope you:
- You have at least 2 years of experience in team management or project coordination;
- You have experience in services, cleaning, housekeeping, logistics, production, HoReCa or similar fields;
- You are able to plan work, organize a team and effectively manage priorities;
- You are focused on results and quality;
- You are able to make decisions quickly and resolve non-standard situations;
- You have good communication and conflict resolution skills;
- You work well with a computer (MS Office);
- You have a category B driver's license and driving experience.
