Nature of work:
- Effective management of the objects of the assigned region: personnel management, development of employee competencies, work organization, control, motivation, planning and selection of employee needs;
- Implementation of sales plans, continuous analysis of results, submission of proposals for improving activities;
- Regular visits to regional objects and problem solving;
- Communication and cooperation with responsible persons;
- Ensuring high-quality and professional customer service in the region.
We hope that:
- You have at least 3 years of successful work experience in a management position (an advantage is in the field of regional management);
- You have obtained (have) a higher education;
- You are distinguished by excellent management and leadership skills, the ability to motivate the team, inspire to achieve the planned sales and customer goals;
- You are distinguished by strategic thinking, the ability to make decisions, predict situations and focus on results;
- Experience in managing conflict situations;
- Leadership, organizational, planning and collaboration skills;
- You have good computer literacy skills;
- You have a driver's license
- You have good knowledge of the Russian language. Knowledge of English is an advantage.
