We will trust you:
- Organize and coordinate cleaning of premises and maintenance of environmental areas in Vilnius and Vilnius region;
- Ensure expenses so that costs do not exceed the planned budget.
- Organize work for the assigned team of employees - training, ordering work tools, documentation management.
- Ensure that the work is performed with high quality and in accordance with the terms of the contract: control of employees' working hours, visits to facilities, quality audits, management of documentation related to facility maintenance;
- Communicate with customer representatives.
We hope that:
- You have work experience in the field of cleaning services (would be a great advantage);
- You have a university or higher education;
- You have good planning and organizational skills;
- You are able to effectively lead a team and motivate employees;
- You have work experience in customer service;
- You have good computer skills;
- You have a valid B category driver's license;
- You can communicate in Russian and English (a great advantage).
