Your daily activities at work would be:
Ensuring and monitoring the quality of services in assigned facilities;
Organizing, coordinating team work and distributing daily tasks;
Introducing new employees to work processes and training them;
Creating work schedules and managing related administrative documentation;
Ensuring compliance with quality standards and providing initiatives to improve operational processes;
Smooth communication with customers, clarifying their needs and promptly resolving emerging situations;
Rapid response to daily changes in operations and effective problem solving.

Important abilities and skills:
Work experience in the service sector or similar field of activity;
Ability to effectively plan work, set priorities and make decisions independently;
Responsibility, organization, initiative and good communication skills;
Good computer skills and ability to manage administrative documentation;
Knowledge of English and/or Russian would be an advantage;
Valid category B driver's license.

(1500-1700 €/month in hand), depends on competencies with the possibility of increasing.
