You will be responsible for:
- You will organize and coordinate cleaning work in assigned facilities in the Kaunas region;
- You will take care of the maintenance of assigned facilities (premises, territories), ensuring the quality of cleaning by constantly visiting, conducting periodic and unscheduled quality inspections;
- You will work with a team of cleaning personnel (cleaners and janitors) - training, work planning, distribution, control;
- You will provide employees with work tools (order goods for assigned facilities);
- You will communicate with customer representatives on all cleaning issues;
- You will contribute to the search for new employees.

- You are able to delegate tasks and at the same time show an example of how to complete them;
- You are able to organize your work independently;
- You are a sociable and positive person;
- You are able to work with a work computer (MS Office package: MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel);
- You are able to solve situations here and now and are economical when faced with small technical tasks;
- You have a valid driver's license (an advantage);
- You understand and can speak Russian and English.
