During the work, your main responsibilities will be:
- Plan and coordinate the work of cleaners and mobile team
- Ensure quality control of the work performed and response to customer inquiries and complaints
- Communicate with customers, solve emerging problems and maintain good relationships
- Conduct employee selection and training before starting work
- Provide employees with work tools
Employee requirements
- Ability to plan your work and work independently
- Ability to manage stressful and problematic situations, find solutions to them
- Ability to communicate with different people
- Category B driver's license
- Good knowledge of Russian (English - an advantage)
