During the work, your main responsibilities will be:
- Organize and coordinate the work of cleaning staff and janitors in assigned facilities;
- Regularly visit facilities, carry out quality control of the work performed and ensure a high standard of service;
- Maintain direct contact with clients, promptly respond to observations and resolve emerging issues;
- Carry out employee selection, initial induction, training and control of labor discipline and safety requirements;
- Draw up work schedules, fill out working time sheets (tables) and promptly organize replacements;
- Ensure timely provision of facilities with inventory, cleaning products and control their rational use;
- Participate in the smooth launch process of new facilities.
We hope you:
- You have experience in people coordination, team management or service organization (experience in the cleaning / building maintenance sector is a great advantage);
- You have strong communication skills: you are able to find a common language with both business clients and cleaning staff;
- You know how to work independently, plan your time, promptly solve problems and manage stressful situations;
- You are fluent in Lithuanian and communicate well in Russian (for everyday work with employees);
- You have a category B driver's license and active driving experience.
