Cleaning Services Manager in the Western Lithuania Region

We are looking for a Cleaning Services Manager who will ensure the smooth implementation of cleaning services and the highest quality of cleanliness in our maintained facilities in the Western Lithuania region.

💼 Your daily routine and responsibilities:

• Cleaning process management: organization and coordination of cleaning of premises and environmental maintenance of outdoor areas.
• Planning: planning of general and periodic cleaning works and control of their implementation.
• Team leadership: drawing up work schedules for cleaning workers, distribution of tasks and control of the work performed.
• Quality assurance: regular control of cleanliness and service quality in facilities.
• Logistics and supply: timely provision of employees with the necessary cleaning products and equipment.
• Relationship building: constant, professional communication with existing customers and prompt resolution of problems at facilities.

🎯 We hope that you:

• Have a category B driver's license (a prerequisite, since the work is mobile and will take place throughout the Western Lithuania region).
• Able to respond quickly to situations and promptly solve emerging challenges.
• Has excellent organizational and team management skills.

A big advantage if:

• You have experience in the field of cleaning services.
• You speak Russian fluently (this will help you communicate smoothly with part of our team).

• Salary from 2000 EUR (gross) or 1200 - 1500 EUR (“in hand”), depending on your experience and achieved results.
