Nature of work:
- Organization and coordination of cleaning works in cleaned objects (commercial objects, territories).
- Work supervision and quality control.
- Formation, training and motivation of a team of cleaners.
- Creating and adjusting work schedules.
- Providing employees with work tools (ordering goods and distribution to facilities).
- Active communication with clients/customers.
- Solve the issues and make decisions.
- Work with a flexible schedule (it all depends on your work organization skills)

- You have experience as a cleaning manager. (required)
- You are energetic and are excellent at managing stressful situations.
- You are not afraid to take responsibility and act independently.
- You have a driver's license. (Category B).
