Cleaning Services Manager

As the company expands its activities, we are looking for new team members who would perform:

Searching for and introducing cleaners to work;
Organizing, controlling and supervising the work of cleaners at facilities;
Creating work schedules;
Checking and constantly monitoring compliance with internal work rules by subordinate employees;
Proper fulfillment of contractual obligations with clients;
Constant communication with clients.

Requirements for the employee:

Category B driver's license required.
Management experience:
Experience in managing a team of employees and organizing work is an advantage.
Driver's license:
Work experience:
Work experience in the field of cleaning services is an advantage.
Computer literacy:
Ability to work with a computer and use basic work programs.
Communication skills:
Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
Responsibility:
Responsible attitude to work, ability to independently perform assigned tasks and take responsibility for their results.
Punctuality:
Reliability, adherence to work schedules and agreements.
Loyalty:
Loyalty to the employer and the company, adherence to company values and internal rules.
