Cleaning Services Manager

As the company expands its activities, we are looking for new team members who would perform:

Searching for and introducing cleaners to work;
Organizing, controlling and supervising the work of cleaners at facilities;
Creating work schedules;
Checking and constantly monitoring compliance with internal work rules by subordinate employees;
Proper fulfillment of contractual obligations with clients;
Constant communication with clients.

1. Communicability:
Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
2. Mandatory driver's license (category B).
3. Liability:
To be a responsible employee, ready to take responsibility for entrusted tasks.
4. Punctuality:
Be reliable and responsible, adhere to work schedule and agreements.
5. Loyalty:
Have loyalty to the employer and the company, understand and adhere to the company's values.
6. Liability:

7. Work experience in the field of cleaning is an advantage.
8. Know how to work with a computer.
