We are looking for a responsible and organized specialist to join our team and be responsible for organizing cleaning services, quality assurance, and daily work with the team and clients. The work is focused on servicing Vilnius city office clients, ensuring smooth service provision and maintaining long-term relationships.
What will you do every day?
- Organize and ensure the provision of cleaning services in assigned facilities according to agreed quality standards and deadlines.
- Plan the work of employees, create schedules and supervise their implementation, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to budget.
- Motivate the team, help new employees get involved and provide constant feedback.
- Perform service quality control, analyze discrepancies and initiate improvement actions.
- Communicate with customers on a daily basis, resolve current issues and respond to comments.
- Coordinate cleaning supplies and inventory orders and control costs.
- Prepare reports and submit them to your immediate manager.
What do we expect from you:
- Higher or higher education.
- Experience in cleaning services, building maintenance and management or similar service activities, organizing daily work in facilities.
- Experience in leading a team is a great advantage, especially in organizing daily work, coordinating tasks, supervising work results or managing several facilities at the same time.
- Ability to ensure service quality, solve operational issues, plan work and use resources effectively.
- Responsibility, independence, good work organization and communication skills, resistance to stressful situations and orientation to results and quality.
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and one foreign language (Russian or English).
- Basic skills in MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Valid category B driver's license.
Dry time
- Work Monday - Friday, applying a flexible, pre-planned schedule.
- Work mainly takes place during the day, if necessary - sometimes in the evenings, adapting to the rhythm of the clients' work.
- Mixed nature of work - work at clients' facilities and in the office, allowing you to independently plan your time and tasks.
