NATURE OF WORK:

You will organize and supervise cleaning work at assigned facilities in Vilnius;
You will ensure the quality of cleaning by regularly visiting and inspecting facilities;
You will ensure that employees are provided with the necessary work tools and materials;
You will communicate with customers and resolve issues related to cleaning services;
You will participate in the selection, induction and training of new employees.

You have work experience working with clients and a team;
You are able to delegate tasks and at the same time set an example of how to complete them;
You are able to independently organize your work;
You are a sociable, positive and responsible person;
You know how to work with a computer (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel);
You are able to quickly solve situations and are economical when faced with minor technical challenges;
You have a valid category B driver's license (an advantage);
You understand Russian or English and are able to communicate in it.
