Nature of work:
- organize and coordinate cleaning work in supervised facilities (apartment buildings);
- work with a team of cleaners and coordinate the activities of external contractors, ensuring effective organization of work and high-quality service provision.
- constantly check the quality of work performed and ensure that services meet the highest cleaning standards;
- take the initiative in improving the quality of services and strive for continuous process improvement;
- promptly resolve daily situations and make decisions that ensure the continuity of services;
- maintain professional contact with customers, respond to comments and ensure that their expectations are met;
- fill in and administer the necessary information in internal systems.
We expect TU to:
- have similar work experience and excellent communication skills;
- are able to manage conflict situations and make responsible decisions;
- are independent, organized and able to work in a dynamic environment;
- work well with Excel, Word and Outlook;
- have a category B driver's license and your own car.
