Your main responsibilities
Our client is a stable, long-standing municipally-owned company that provides important utility and infrastructure services to residents. We are currently recruiting a Water Management and Infrastructure Manager to join our team. He/She will be responsible for the effective management of one of the organization's most important areas of activity - water supply and wastewater management - as well as infrastructure development and implementation of strategic projects.
Work location - Elektrėnai (hybrid work model applied). We also invite candidates from Vilnius, Kaunas, Jonava, Trakai, Kaišiadorys and other surrounding cities to apply, who are willing to work in the office periodically.

- Manage water supply and wastewater management activities and ensure their smooth organization.
- Coordinate the activities of three departments and lead a team of 43 employees through department heads.
- Ensure the effective operation and development of water extraction, water treatment facilities, boreholes, pumping stations, treatment plants and engineering networks.
- Plan, coordinate and control infrastructure modernization and investment projects.
- Manage project deadlines, budgets, risks and ensure their high-quality implementation.
- Plan and control operating (OPEX) and investment (CAPEX) budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Coordinate the work of contractors, initiate public procurement and supervise the execution of contracts.
- Analyze performance indicators (KPI), initiate process improvement solutions and ensure operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the company's management in forming the organization's long-term operational strategy.
We hope you
- You have a university degree in technology or engineering.
- You have accumulated management experience in technical, production, utility infrastructure, engineering networks or similar fields.
- You have experience in managing infrastructure, construction or engineering projects.
- You have experience in planning and managing operating (OPEX) and investment (CAPEX) budgets.
- You are able to analyze performance indicators and make data-based decisions.
- You are able to mobilize a team, initiate changes and ensure their implementation.
- You work well with MS Office programs (knowledge of AutoCAD, GIS or other specialized programs is an advantage).
- You have a category B driver's license.
