- Sales of the company's existing engines in foreign markets.
- Search for new customers abroad and development of long-term business relationships.
- Search for engines in the market and their purchase from customers, suppliers and partners.
- Organization of purchase and sale transactions and assessment of profitability.
- Coordination of purchase and sale prices in order to ensure optimal margin.
- Analysis of market prices and search for commercially profitable transactions.
- Development of the customer and supplier base in foreign markets.
- Independent management of the sales process from establishing contact to completing the transaction.
- Increasing sales, turnover and profitability of the engine department.
Employee requirements
- Practical work experience in the engine trade is required - candidates without this experience are asked not to apply.
- Good knowledge of engines, their equipment and the market.
- Experience in buying and/or selling engines and the ability to assess their market value.
- Good negotiation and sales skills.
- Ability to independently search for customers, suppliers and new business opportunities.
- Commercial thinking and the ability to assess the profitability and margin of a transaction.
- Ability to make decisions quickly and take responsibility for your results.
- Orientation to sales, results and profits.
- Good communication skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with customers and partners.
- Good knowledge of English is essential. Knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage.
- Category B driver's license is an advantage.

We are a growing company engaged in car dismantling and used car parts trading. We are successfully operating in the market and are constantly looking for new opportunities to expand our activities.
Recently, we have noticed an increasing demand for engines and see great potential in this activity. Therefore, we are expanding the direction of engine trading - we aim not only to sell engines obtained from dismantled cars, but also to actively purchase engines from the market and resell them profitably to foreign customers.
For this new growth direction, we are looking for an experienced engine trading manager who could independently develop engine sales, search for new customers and suppliers and contribute to the development of this activity.
