Nature of work
- Raw material intake into containers and pouring into baths;
- Production of cottage cheese according to approved technology and recipes;
- Work with cottage cheese production line (baths, creamers);
- Automatic washing of production lines, production equipment, containers in a centralized equipment washer;
- Manual washing of cottage cheese baths;
- Disinfection of technological equipment and premises.
Work on a 12-hour rotating schedule, in two shifts: day shift from 7:00 to 19:00, night shift from 19:00 to 7:00.
