Business Analyst

We are looking for a colleague who:

• analyze the service provision processes of the Legal Entities Register information system and the factors that influence their operation;
• submit proposals to the Product Manager for improving service processes;
• contribute to modernization, perform development needs analysis and integration of solutions with existing systems and decide on the implementation of new functions;
• coordinate the solutions of the developed functionality with the product manager, developers and IT departments;
• prepare functional and non-functional requirements;
• ensure the quality and relevance of technical documentation;
• know business analysis methodologies and be able to apply their best practices.

In this position, we value:

• higher education or equivalent;
• significant analytical work experience with information systems;
• knowledge of business processes and information systems management principles;
• analytical thinking, curiosity and initiative, the ability not only to analyze data, but also to raise questions and seek insights;
• fluent Lithuanian (written and spoken);
• excellent communication skills.

Salary:

• 2,400 - 3,600 €/month excluding taxes. The exact salary will depend on your competence and professional experience.
