Business Analyst (MS Dynamics 365 Business central)

Join our team and become a Internal IS Management Department Business Analyst - here you will be responsible for the development and development of internal system products of the Registers Center.

We are looking for a colleague who:

• would contribute to the development, maintenance and development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business central (hereinafter - BC) (analyze the need for BC development);
• organize BC performance analysis and their elimination;
• provide BC service provision process analysis and proposals for process improvement;
• develop functional and non-functional requirements;
• know business analysis methodologies and be able to apply their best practices.

For this position, we need:

• higher education or equivalent;
• significant analytical work experience with information systems;
• knowledge of the principles of information systems development and maintenance;
• ability to analyze and model business processes (advantage – knowledge of BPMN and UML);
• ability to express thoughts fluently and correctly in Lithuanian, both orally and in writing, and proficiency in English;
• curiosity, analytical thinking, ability to find solutions and collaborate;
• knowledge of financial accounting and payroll processes would be a great advantage.
• work experience with "Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations" or "Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central" ERP systems, or knowledge of the operating logic of these systems, would be an advantage.

Salary:

• 2,400 - 3,600 €/month. excluding taxes. The exact salary will depend on your competence and professional experience.
